What youll do :
- Design and execute the commercial strategy for North America
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple states / provinces
- Expand and strengthen our distributor and partner network
- Drive new business opportunities with public agencies contractors and dealers.
- Own and report on the sales forecast and performance to our global HQ.
- Represent Vallfirest at key industry events trade shows and institutional meetings
What were looking for :
8 years in commercial leadership roles ideally with international B2B focus.Proven experience leading sales teams and go-to-market strategies.Strong background in channel development product launches and public sector sales.Fluent in English (other languages a plus.Strategic mindset data-driven decision making in matrix organizations.Willingness to travel 60 80% across the US and Canada.Preferred :
Bachelors degree (Business Engineering or Economics). MBA or Executive Master in Sales & Marketing is a big plusSpecialized training in Sales Leadership or Commercial StrategyExperience with Salesforce HubSpot or other CRM toolsKey Skills
