Product Manager

Relevant Experience : 10 + Years

Roles and Responsibilities :

• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, or Project Management with proven record of accomplishment in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap
• Experience in Financial crime and strong Communication skills is must
• In depth knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) methodologies and lean processes
• Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex products with multiple partners
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within organization, internally and externally
• Ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams in a global organization
• Ability to predict and identify risks / opportunities from interdependencies of product deliveries
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of financial services industry, banking industry, and associated products is a plus

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Marketing is highly preferred.
