Job Title : Touch Up Painter

Employee Type : Full Time, Hourly

Reports to : Processing Manager

Job Location : Wichita, KS, USA

Shift Hours : 1st Shift; 6 : 00am - 2 : 30pm

Pay Rate : $16.00 - $18.00, dependent upon relative experience

Experience : 1+ year experience preferred with application of primer, fuel cell and top coat

Job Duties :

• Must be able to thoroughly follow instructions and be attentive to details
• Touch up primers and top coats to Mil specs on multiple surface types
• Mask and de-mask parts as required
• Mix paints per manufactures specs
• Prep parts prior to painting including masking, sanding, and cleaning
• Complete work flow documentation thoroughly and properly
• Inspect results of paint applied
• Inspection : Knowledge of the expected response and appearance of the material being painted
• Clean and repair paint equipment and keep work area organized
• Wear proper safety equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times
• Keep work area clean
• Assist other departments as necessary
