Compensation : $50,000 base salary + performance-based bonus and commission

Schedule : MondayFriday, with some Saturdays based on studio events

Our new studio in Charlotte is looking for a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to lead operations, grow our member base, and create a best-in-class client experience.

Position Overview :

Were seeking a highly motivated individual who is excited to lead a high-performance team, drive daily outreach, and grow our presence in the local wellness community. The ideal candidate will be experienced in fitness, wellness, or membership sales and ready to manage a studio as if it were their own.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive daily outreach and sales by making 50+ outbound calls each day

Own full P&L responsibility, driving revenue across memberships, services, and retail

Lead local lead generation and host or attend community events to promote the studio

Hire, train, and manage sales associates and stretch professionals (Flexologists)

Execute proven sales processes to convert leads and maximize revenue

Ensure superior client service, retention, and overall studio operations

Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve results

Requirements :

Experience in fitness, wellness, or membership sales is required

3+ years of experience as a General Manager or Studio Manager in boutique fitness or similar

Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales goals

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team

Comfortable with high-volume outreach and community engagement

Strong organizational and marketing skills

College degree preferred but not required with strong experience
