Salary : $27 - $28 / HR

As the Event Coordinator, you’ll coordinate conference center operations, manage meetings and events, and deliver a white-glove hospitality experience. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, set-ups, catering, and technology
  • Deliver a 5-star hospitality experience for guests, clients, and VIPs
  • Serve as a liaison with internal teams, vendors, and security to ensure smooth events
  • Partner with IT and Facilities to prepare and support meeting technology
  • Support special events, new hire orientations, and concierge-style guest services
  • Provide front desk / reception coverage while maintaining professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of event coordination, conference services, or concierge / hospitality experience
  • Strong skills in Outlook, calendar management, and event software
  • High-energy, client-first mindset with white-glove service approach
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and time management abilities
  • Professional appearance with ability to handle confidential information discreetly
