Job Title : Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment. The role requires monitoring and operating equipment during production to ensure quality output and minimal unplanned stops. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, adhere to standardized work and safe work practices, and contribute to a continuous improvement environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor multiple pieces of equipment to ensure quality production.
• Load and unload items on the production line, including packaging and unpacking products.
• Start and stop the production line as needed to maintain workflow and prevent safety hazards.
• Inspect products for defects and remove defective items from the production line.
• Produce products within 100% specification as requested by the customer.
• Deliver product to meet scheduled customer demands and quality objectives.
• Collaborate with manufacturing staff on quality and production-related issues.
• Read and understand ruler and traceability records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $27.26 / hr.
