BI Engineer

CTG is seeking a BI Engineer to design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports, automate reporting pipelines, and turn complex data into actionable business insights.

Location : Houston, TX

Duration : 6 months

Key Responsibilities :

Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.

Monitor KPIs, trends, and variances to support business reviews.

Automate data processes to improve efficiency and quality.

Translate analytical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders.

Collaborate with teams using Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Required Skills & Tools :

Tableau, SQL, SAS, Python

Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint

DevOps, API integration, data integration

Qualifications :

Proven BI or data analytics experience, including dashboard / report development.

Strong analytical and data visualization skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
