What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Monitor premises for unusual activity and report any irregularities according to site protocols.

Communicate with visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional manner while upholding site-specific requirements.

Assist with access control procedures to help to deter unauthorized entry and / or security-related incidents.

Complete detailed and accurate incident reports and maintain logs as required by site policies.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
