ECAD Librarian and PCB Designer

A company is looking for an ECAD Librarian and PCB Designer (US Citizenship is required).

Key Responsibilities

Support CCA development for electronics in undersea communication systems

Manage library practices and ECAD / PCB layout design processes

Document capture including bill of materials and digital fabrication packages

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience

Minimum of two years' experience using Mentor Graphics Xpedition

Experience with library management practices and PCB design tools

Knowledge of IPC and manufacturing standards

Experience with circuit design and hands-on prototyping
