Sr. Field Service Supervisor

As a Sr. Field Service Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage our Field Service team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our customers. You will develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations, driving customer satisfaction and business growth. You will report directly to our GM and you'll work out of our Western region on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the success of our field service operations, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective leadership and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Field Service team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize field service operations and improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance and support to field service technicians.

Salary Information

The annual base salary range for this position is $113,606 - $121,446. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
