Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social programming, including monthly plans and daily publishing
Engage with the community through comments and DMs, maintaining brand tone and escalating insights
Manage influencer partnerships and an employee content program to amplify brand storytelling
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in social media or influencer marketing
Ability to plan, create, and publish content across multiple social media channels
Experience managing influencer and creator partnerships
Strong understanding of community engagement and analytics
Comfortable working asynchronously and proactively communicating
