Overview
The Nurse Manager Cath / EP Lab in collaboration with and under the direction of the Sr. Director is accountable for the ongoing leadership and daily operations of the unit. The nurse manager m anages unit-based patient care services; uses sound human resource and budget principles to manage personnel and fiscal management and development of programs and services provides leadership for the nursing staff and the patient care team to support safe high-quality care of patients and families in the critical care setting. The nurse manager supports the application of new knowledge and innovation to advance critical care nursing in the cardiac operating room / CV / EP Lab. Participates in department and hospital performance improvement activities. Provides family-centered patient care that is based on scientific theory and is outcome-focused.

Starting Pay
Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $48.45 / hr but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience.
Remote Work / Work from Home
This position is not eligible to work remotely which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Childrens Mercy locations and may not work from home.
