Legal Secretary, Onsite

Swanson Martin & Bell, LLP  has an opening for an experienced  Legal Secretary  to litigation attorneys. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, able to manage busy attorneys and work independently.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to, preparing e-filings for court, scheduling depositions where many parties are involved, maintaining attorneys' calendars, opening new files, time entry (dictation), preparing expense reports  (ChromeRiver) , and day-to-day responsibilities.

Required Experience & Skills :

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience
• Minimum of 3 years of e-filing experience
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with a team, to assist attorneys
• Excellent communication skills, including attention to detail in writing
• Proficient in Microsoft skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Document Management System (DMS)  (iManage) experience

Compensation : $45-60k, DOE
