Automotive General Manager

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met
- Train Assistant managers and Automotive technicians in repairs and daily operations.
- Assist with the creation of affordable advertising campaigns and programs to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Attend manager meetings and establish good working relationships with owners, managers, and other staff.
- Implement growth strategies that align with Meineke's objectives by carefully assessing profit and loss while maintaining vehicle repairs that meet the needs of our customers.
- Learn and uphold all local, state, and federal regulations impacting the shop.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; a high school diploma or GED equivalent neededFive or more years of experience in automotive diagnostic and repair.Knowledge of the automotive industry and trendsPossess a state-issued valid driver's licenseStrong communication skills; a track record of leadership.Why Meineke?
