Project Coordinator Summary

A well-established commercial construction firm is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to support a large-scale data center project in Moncks Corner SC. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a desire to grow within the construction industry. Prior construction experience is not required but candidates should have proven experience supporting fast-paced teams and managing complex documentation.

Project Coordinator Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the on-site project management team throughout the duration of the data center project
• Track compile and manage project documentation such as submittals RFIs meeting minutes and change orders
• Maintain and update project logs reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Support scheduling efforts by coordinating meetings managing calendars and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
• Assist with onboarding subcontractors processing documentation and organizing files in accordance with company standards
• Communicate effectively with internal teams vendors and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow
• Assist with travel arrangements supply ordering and general site office support as needed
