Accounting Associate

A company is looking for an Accounting Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

Perform complex analysis and problem-solving to enhance business processes and services

Prepare status updates and reports for management, and conduct audits and quality control practices

Support lower-level analysts and function as a Team Lead, providing guidance and support

Required Qualifications

High School diploma / GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Four years of experience in accounting / finance with a High School diploma

Three years of experience with an Associate's degree preferred

One year of experience with a Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong technical aptitude and knowledge of relevant principles and techniques
