Real Estate Associate Attorney - AmLaw Firm

LHH is assisting a top 100 AmLaw firm in Denver in their search for a Real Estate Associate. The position will be advising clients on complex commercial real estate acquisitions, finance, leasing, and dispositions.

The anticipated salary range is $210,000–$280,000, plus significant annual discretionary bonuses based on firm and / or individual performance. They also offer excellent benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, transit and dependent care benefits, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications :

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in a US bar and a desire to work in Chicago.
• 3+ years of post JD experience in commercial real estate.
