Senior Deep Learning Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Deep Learning Engineer - Genomics.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and refine deep learning models for genomics analysis, including DNA sequencing and variant calling

Advance modern Deep Learning techniques to create Large Language Models and multi-modal models for genomics

Collaborate with product and hardware teams to integrate research into products and manage datasets for large-scale machine learning

Required Qualifications

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field

3+ years of relevant experience

Proficiency in C / C++ and Python, with strong software design principles

Experience with Large Language Models, NLP, and modern frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow

Deep understanding of computer system architecture and challenges in large-scale genomic data analysis
