Location : Commerce, CA

Compensation : $68,640 annually plus $5k annual incentives

💼 What You'll Do

As a key partner in our dynamic HR team, you will :

Serve as the go-to HR contact for regional teams—both field and corporate.

Guide and coach managers and employees through employee relations issues.

Drive onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies that support full employee lifecycle.

Collaborate with leaders on workforce planning to align with our expansion.

Facilitate performance management, coaching, and improvement plans.

Implement culture-building programs including employee recognition and leadership development.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote inclusive, equitable HR practices.

Embody and promote TCI’s core values, driving our commitment to culture and DEI.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years in progressive HR roles (multi-site support is a plus)

Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred, not required
