RCC is looking for an Asphalt Paver to join the team. This is an on-site role located in Houston, Bryan\College Station TX.

The Asphalt Paver will be responsible for operating asphalt paving machines used to apply asphalt to roadbeds, parking lots, and airport runways. Tasks include smoothing and compaction of freshly laid asphalt, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring the quality of the paving process. The role may also require manual labor such as raking and shoveling asphalt, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines. This individual must be willing to travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating asphalt paving machines and related equipment
• Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and best practices
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor tasks including lifting and shoveling
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring quality outcomes
• Ability to follow safety standards and procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
