Pay Range :   $19.00 - $22.00 / hour (est. 84 / hrs. per week)

Pay is based on numerous factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

• The role is based in a remote part of southern central Florida. You will be working 7-days a week and 12-hour shifts. All personnel will be required to live on-site, and meals and housing will be provided.

Position Overview :

We are seeking highly vigilant and professional Security Guards (Unarmed) to maintain safety and order within the custodial facility. In this crucial role, you will provide comprehensive internal and external security, working in close collaboration with our custodial officers to ensure the secure supervision and movement of the facility population, and compliance with all facility regulations and protocols. This position requires a strong commitment to security, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to critical incidents.

Work Environment :

Employees may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes, or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.

Physical Requirements :

Employees may be required to remain in a stationary position, stand, push, pull, climb, kneel, crawl, balance, squat, bend, and reach during shifts. Employees may be also required to use gear to move items around, including, but not limited to, carts and dollies. Employees may also be occasionally required to lift and / or move up to 49 pounds.
