Project Manager Responsibilities

• Attend, and participate in an advisory capacity, in meetings such as preconstruction and pre-performance conferences, quality control coordination meetings, progress meetings, or other conferences and meetings held between the Government's representatives and construction contractors or service providers.
• Review construction drawings and construction specifications, document recommendations to resolve construction issues associated with their specific field and provide to the COR for review.
• Provide review comments on contract submittals pertaining to all contract specification sections, to assure that they conform to the individual specification requirements, document review comments, and recommend government action to be documented and provided to the COR. Monitor the timeliness of all such submittal reviews in order to ensure their completion within the time frames required by the construction contract. Monitor the Contractor's construction or service submittal log and advise the Government of late or overdue submittals.
• Prepare weekly status reports with appropriate level of detailed back up and present the reports at regularly scheduled review meeting.
