Production Site Lead Job Summary : Talent Software Services is in search of a Production Site Lead for a contract position in Green Bay, WI. The opportunity will be one year with a strong chance for a long-term extension. Position Summary : A Production Leader is in charge of the entire production process for a particular or set of products. They plan, organise, and recommend strategies to ensure that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications. They supervise teams that work in operations and product development. Primary Responsibilities / Accountabilities : Recommending operational changes Assessing risks Ensuring safety guidelines are followed Resolving production problems Conducting performance evaluations Giving and receiving employee feedback Training employees Facilitating team participation Qualifications : 10 years of Classic Tissue Converting experience Technical expert on the Core Machine, Embosser Laminator, and Tissue Classic Winder Familiar with the technically accurate setup, including CPE and Centerlines Ability to identify defects on equipment and drive resolution Strong troubleshooting, loss elimination thought process Ability to train others either in a classroom or more likely hands-on Ability to meet the converting essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations Degree or equivalent work experience in a related discipline (Business Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, etc.) Preferred : Familiarity with ECRs and ability to recommend ECRs linked with losses 15-20 years of Classic Tissue Converting experience Knowledge of GTC TPS If this job is a match for your background, we would be honoured to receive your application!
