We’re seeking a Senior Designer with exceptional layout, packaging, and product design skills who’s also excited to take the lead on a few retailer programs. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and Product Development team—while also collaborating with and mentoring junior designers—to bring creative projects to life from concept to production.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is looking to level up from strong individual contributor to creative team lead.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own the creative execution for several assigned retailer programs, acting as the design lead in collaboration with the rest of the design and development department, and acting as the point person on those programs throughout the company
• Design high-quality, consumer-informed products and packaging including impulse products, notebooks, stickers, craft kits, and more
• Translate briefs and trend research into compelling retail-ready concepts
• Work closely with junior designers, providing feedback, guidance, and support as they develop assets for your programs
• Organize and manage your design timelines, reviews, and file releases to meet project deadlines
• Present ideas internally with confidence and clarity, incorporating feedback quickly
• Stay current on retail and design trends, bringing fresh ideas and inspiration to your work and building trend boards and style guides
• Review files for accuracy and quality before production
• Build professional and captivating presentations

Qualifications :

Salary : $70,000–$85,000 (based on experience)
