Hospitality Manager
The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality are maintained, and managing the staff to provide an exceptional dining experience for guests. This role requires a strong leadership capability, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Ensure high levels of service quality and food quality are maintained.
- Supervise and train staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and cost control.
Qualifications :
