What You'll Do : Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities. Observe the premises for suspicious or unusual activity and report findings according to established protocols. Assist visitors, tenants, and personnel with directions and information as needed. Support access control measures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials where required. Minimum Requirements : Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
