job_description.job_card.job_descriptionA minimum of a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field is required. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is mandatory. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or other developmental disabilities, is highly desirable. Data collection, and behavioral therapy techniques are essential. Familiarity with special education frameworks and behavioral health practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Start A New Chapter with Storybook ABA!
Your job at Storybook ABA as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA :
- BCBAs will meet with children in person to conduct an initial assessment.
- Once created, the BCBA will review it over with our quality assurance team
- After IA is submitted, Storybook will hand the case over to a different BCBA in that area
- Creating, monitoring, and updating instructional programs across language, social, and communication domains.
- Creating, implementing, and monitoring behavior plans.
