Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Proposal Management Specialist to join our Proposal Management team in Sales this role the focus will be on providing support to our Global Sales team to enable growth across multiple businesses within BGS-Commercial Services. This role will be located in : Seattle WA . Arlington VA . Dallas TX . Denver CO . Long Beach CA . Mesa AZ . Miami FL . or St. Louis MO .

Position Responsibilities :

• Apply project management principles to a proposal environment which involves applying sound business judgement to develop accurate and timely proposals / contracts
• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and ensure alignment on proposal content.
• Ensure the proposal response is documented approved as appropriate and meets all required internal standards.
• Provide reports project status and change information to project team per established processes and communicate plan changes and recovery plans to others
• Contribute to ongoing proposal best practices by identifying and participating in projects that enhance proposal efficiency and quality.
