We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Finance Manager to join our team in Tulalip, Washington. As a key member of the financial department, you will oversee essential financial tasks, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial records and transactions. This role requires a proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate financial records, including the preparation and organization of ledgers and journals.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
  • Utilize QuickBooks to manage and update financial data efficiently.
  • Generate financial reports to support budgeting and decision-making processes.
  • Monitor and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and financial reviews.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve bookkeeping processes and workflows.

Salary Range : $34.00 – $40.00 per hour

  • Ability to perform bank reconciliations with precision and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and standards.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial tasks.
