A company is looking for a Client Planning Advisor to join their Client Planning team remotely in the US or Canada. Key Responsibilities Liaise with external clients and internal colleagues to schedule appointments Provide planning solutions to support delivery targets and mitigate risks Process administrative tasks and resolve customer dissatisfaction efficiently Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination in a client-facing environment Strong background in client or stakeholder management Proficiency in planning and scheduling systems or workflow management platforms Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese are desirable
