Estate Planning Paralegal

The Estate Planning Paralegal provides specialized support to attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing cases related to estate planning. This role is crucial in ensuring that the legal process is efficient and that clients' needs are met with precision and care. By expertly managing the preparation and processing of estate planning documents, this position ensures that clients receive accurate and timely legal services, helping them protect their assets and plan for the future with confidence.

Compensation :

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

Document Preparation and Review :

• Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, and other related documents.
• Prepare and organize documents for client signing appointments, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Review client information to ensure all documents are tailored to meet specific needs and legal requirements.
