Operations Account Specialist

As an Operations Account Specialist, you'll be responsible for loan level pipeline management of Conventional, FHA, USDA and VA loan files ensuring files are advancing, have accurate documentation, and accurate stipulations. You'll be responsible for fostering strong partnerships with account representatives by executing loan-level tasks that accelerate loan processing and ensure a superior experience for both internal and external customers. You'll need expertise in managing operational pipelines to ensure timely and accurate loan progression, while consistently meeting service level agreements (SLAs). You'll need to commit to delivering exceptional customer service by proactively resolving issues, maintaining clear communication, and fostering collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners.

Confirm loan files contain all required documentation and meets acceptable compliance (TRID and RESPA) standards and complies with established guidelines. Audit loan files to ensure the various reviews have been completed with accuracy. Verify the accuracy of data between documents and systems. What you'll need :

• 1+ years of related experience in Mortgage Operations, Mortgage Post Closing or similar field.
• High school diploma required.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and / or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Entry level to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
