CCaas Project Manager

The Digital Services CCaaS Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various departments. This entry level role is ideal for individuals aiming to build a career in project management by gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of seasoned professionals. The CCaaS Project Manager will support project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

This is a remote role, candidate must be located and eligible to work in India.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Coordination : Assist senior project managers in coordinating and monitoring project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines
• Documentation and Reporting : Prepare and organize project documentation, including schedules, budgets and risk management plans
• Stakeholder Communication : Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues
• Quality Assurance : Assist in inspecting and evaluating projects to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations
• Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies
• Process Improvement : Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness
