You will provide support to a diverse portfolio of financial institutions, facilitating seamless interactions and empowering our clients with exceptional service. Your role will resonate with Fiserv's core mission to align with the way people live and work today, fostering vital relationships and unlocking new opportunities for growth and innovation.

What you will do :

• Respond to client inquiries and investigate client issues related to production, quality, delivery schedules, and specifications.
• Provide critical information to other departments to aid in the swift resolution of client problems.
• Diagnose, define, and resolve client issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory outcomes.
• Develop strong client relationships by effectively expediting complaint resolutions.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them updated and notified about the status of their concerns via calls and / or Client 360.
• Compile and provide detailed reports and activity logs for both management and client reviews.
• Stay well-versed in Fiserv's print products and services, particularly Statement Advantage and print ready documents, to provide knowledgeable support.
