As an Insurance Agency Owner, you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own insurance agency while receiving support and coaching from our experienced team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive agency growth
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
• Identify opportunities for new business development through networking and referral programs
• Manage all aspects of the agency's operations, including sales, marketing, and customer retention
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve agency goals
