job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFoster an efficient, profitable practice known for outstanding patient care Create and maintain a harmonious, motivated team environment Ensure every decision prioritizes quality patient care Support day-to-day operations and ensure efficient, compliant workflows Assist with personnel management : hiring, coaching, and development Help manage patient relations, scheduling, billing, and insurance inquiries Guide team performance to meet financial, productivity, and service goals Collaborate with the Office Manager and dentists to maintain a patient-first environment Generate monthly and special reports as needed Ensure proper ordering and inventory of dental and office supplies Address and resolve staff, patient, or provider concerns professionally Participate in community marketing and outreach events Step in wherever neededyour flexibility and leadership make a difference every day Proven experience in dental, medical, or office management is a plus Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Ability to lead with empathy, efficiency, and accountability Detail-oriented and organized, with a proactive approach to problem-solving Comfortable navigating both the clinical and administrative aspects of the practice 2 or more years of management experience, preferably in a dental or medical setting Preferred 3-5 years of front office dental experience Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet schedules and deadlines Personal maturity and emotional intelligence to manage under demanding circumstances Pleasant and respectful manner with patients and staff Patience, understanding, and consideration for others Ability to work independently or as part of a team Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new programs Ability to present and speak professionally in front of groups Independent thinking, good judgment, and initiative Ability to follow instructions and handle confidential information Teamwork, dependability, and promptness Ability to manage repetitive detail-oriented tasks Flexibility to accept different work assignments with a positive attitude Commitment to patient confidentiality Medical, vision, and dental insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Life insurance and short-term disability Telemedicine and other employer-paid benefits
