As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for tenants and visitors. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities, as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial property and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor the premises for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to site protocols.

Assist visitors, tenants, and employees with access and information, maintaining a professional presence throughout the location.

Support Allied Universal and client leadership by maintaining awareness of site procedures and communicating issues or concerns as they arise.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

A valid security guard card or license is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Ability to comfortably use a computer or tablet is preferred.

Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
