Assist with marketing campaigns, user segmentation, and funnel optimizations
Collaborate with various departments to translate business requirements into CRM workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, IT / technology, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in using and administering CRM systems
Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM data and generate insights
Experience in designing and optimizing workflow automation and marketing campaigns
Understanding of data privacy / compliance and CRM security permissions
