Your Role :

The Night Patient Care Supervisor (PCS) will provide essential administrative supervision during evening, weekend, and holiday shifts. As an integral role model for our mission and values, you'll ensure compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act, regulatory standards, and our established procedures. You'll collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and staff to exceed expectations in a patient-focused, healing environment.
