Position Overview
We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to provide full-spectrum HR support in an administrative and strategic capacity. This role works closely with the C-Suite and reports directly to the HR Director, serving as a key partner in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and process improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels at communication and collaboration, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordinating offers, and onboarding new hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and enhance recruitment strategies.
- Monitor and support day-to-day recruitment operations while continuously improving processes and candidate experience.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders, supporting positive employee relations and effective communication.Support recognition programs, team-building events, and engagement activities such as birthdays and anniversaries.Foster a collaborative culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.Compliance & HR Administration
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational standards, including HIPAA, OSHA, and federal / state healthcare requirements.Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation as required by the organization and regulatory agencies.Prepare and present reports on HR performance metrics, staffing trends, and employee issues to senior leadership.Strategic HR Support
Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness.Provide administrative support to the HR Director and leadership team as needed.Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).Experience : Recent graduates and experienced HR professionals are welcome to apply. 2+ years of HR experience (including 1-2 years in recruiting) preferred but not required.Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and recruiting platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with employees at all levels, including executive leadership.High level of accountability and commitment to delivering results.What We Offer
