Review and process insurance claims and follow-up on related correspondence. Handle or redirect incoming departmental calls. Interact effectively with co-workers. Other general office duties as assigned.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Process paper claims for Commercial Insurance Billing and Queue claims for Electronic Billing
• Process all patient and insurance correspondence and mail returns
• Check insurance eligibility and load insurance
• Answer and resolve or redirect all incoming patient, insurance, and attorney calls

Requirements :

Work Shift Details : Days, Part-time 24 hours a week
