Scheduling Specialist

A company is looking for a Scheduling Specialist, Centralized Diagnostic Mammography.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule inpatient or outpatient procedures and inform patients of prep instructions

Coordinate the admission process and scheduling of surgical procedures

Maintain medical records, handle communication, and assist in unit coverage as needed

Required Qualifications

Previous medical clerical experience

Understanding of medical terminology

Computer user proficiency (data entry)

High School Diploma or equivalent required
