Scrum Master (multiple squads)

The Scrum Master is accountable for establishing Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. They do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice, both within the Scrum Team and the organisation. They are accountable for creating the conditions for effective delivery through facilitation and coaching.

Accountabilities :

• Accountable for the Scrum Team's effectiveness by enabling the Scrum Team to improve its practices, within the Scrum framework.
• Responsible for the facilitation and coaching of multiple squads simultaneously.

This is a fixed term position available for a period until 30 June 2025. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
