Overview :

We’re expanding our Zillow Flex Team—recognized for the highest payout structure and a supportive, team-first culture in North Carolina. We're looking for up to 10 motivated and service-driven Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic group.

As a Zillow Flex partner, you'll receive live, high-intent buyer leads directly from Zillow , allowing you to focus on doing what you do best—closing deals and serving clients.

Maintain accurate transaction records and client notes in our CRM system.

Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, and appraisers to ensure a smooth closing process.

Stay informed about real estate laws and best practices.

Qualifications :

Active North Carolina real estate license. (REQUIRED)

Previous sales experience is a plus but not required

Excellent communication and time management

Tech-comfortable and CRM-proficient

Hungry, humble, and ready to grow
