We are looking for a talented Social Media Associate to join NextGen Hospitality Solutions in Cincinnati. As a Social Media Associate you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our online presence across various social media platforms. Your work will be vital in driving engagement increasing brand awareness and attracting new customers to our company.

As a Social Media Associate at NextGen Hospitality Solutions you will be involved in creating and implementing social media strategies developing content calendars monitoring social media analytics and staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing. This role offers a great opportunity to showcase your creativity communication skills and passion for social media marketing.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness.
  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook Instagram and Twitter.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Analyze social media analytics to optimize content performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive campaigns.
  • Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
