Mining Sales Director

A company is looking for a Mining Sales Director - Rock Processing North America.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure attainment of assigned geography's budgeted sales value, volume, and profitability

Lead and coach First Line Account Managers to achieve consistent and sustainable performance

Build and maintain strong customer relationships across key accounts and prospects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

10+ years of sales management or business development experience in the mining segment

Proven success leading teams and managing performance across multiple locations

Strong experience with mineral processing equipment for the mining segment

Strong knowledge and network of the mining industry in North America
