We’re seeking a skilled real estate attorney to join our team. Our ideal applicant will have 3 years of real estate transaction experience and strong knowledge of land use, title insurance, and business law. You must have a current license and exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills. Compensation :
$105,000 - $130,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Negotiate real estate transaction terms and conditions, and facilitate the transfer of title between borrowers, real estate agents, and title company
- Cooperate with city boards and agencies to obtain permits and avoid zoning legal issues
- Take into account all legal aspects of clients’ intended outcome and personal circumstances to provide sound legal advice to them
- Oversee support staff such as paralegals and clerks
- Conduct detailed due diligence, and inspect title examination, closing binder, and legal documents for legal risk, completion, and accuracy
