LEAD CLINICAL LAB SCIENTIST (CLS) - Full Time, Night

Position Description :

Responsible for assisting in the supervision of the Chemistry Departments with an efficient, economic and quality manner, to the satisfaction of the Lab Medical Director, the Laboratory Department Director, Hospital Administration and the medical staff. Lead, coordinate and participate in the area of laboratory, including testing and compliance with regulatory agencies . Proficiency Testing, SOP, PI and any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications

Job Duties / Responsibilities Requirements :

• Two (2) years’ experience as a Medical Technologist is required. Supervisory experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required. Master’s degree preferred.
• California State License for Clinical Laboratory Scientist (current)
• CPI is required within 30 days of hire.
