Job Description :

Vision Implementors is seeking a contract Event Planner / Producer to join their team in Columbus. This role involves planning and executing events for their association management clients. This is a hybrid position, combining work-from-home event planning with on-the-ground event production.

Key Responsibilities :

Traffic Controller : Coordinate communications with clients and vendors. Manage the clients event calendar and schedule meetings.

Detail Whisperer : Manage event details, including timelines, budgets, vendor relations, and day-of coordination.

Solutions Wizard : Problem-solve creatively and adapt to changing circumstances.

Friendly Face : Engage with attendees at events and handle challenging situations with decorum.

Sponge : Collaborate with the team, share experience, and learn from others.

Commit to improving client outcomes.

Required Skills :

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.

Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects.

Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and GSuite.

Experience with ClickUp and Slack.

Competitive, positive, and results-driven.

Coachable, trainable, and outgoing personality.

Must-Have Qualifications :

Valid drivers license.

Comfortable working in a hybrid setting.

Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint.

Experience with remote working.
