Key Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy, customizing your approach to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct culturally responsive, strengths-based assessments that foster trust and understanding.
• Create and maintain treatment plans, crisis / safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and other documentation promptly and organized.
• Engage actively in clinical case consultations, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary care coordination.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists to provide holistic, integrated care.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
